Trademark Docketing Assistant

Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law Firm located in Denver downtown, is seeking a 3 plus years Trademark Docketing Specialist to support their Trademark Prosecution Department. Knowledge of WebTMS, PATTSY Wave and/or other docketing software required.

Prior knowledge of US and foreign trademark prosecution process and understanding of relevant documents strongly preferred.

Experience/ability to interface with USPTO, WIPO, and other websites regarding trademark matters.

Expert ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work; excellent proofreading skills.

Requires the ability soft skills to work effectively with personnel at all levels of seniority within the firm.

Requirements • Proficiency in Aderant software is a must.

• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat proficiently.

• Experience with Case Management Software is required.

• Familiarity with CompuLaw is necessary.

• Capable of handling Billing Functions effectively.

• Must have expertise in Calendar Management.

• Experience in Claim Administration is needed.

• Proven ability in managing Client Relations.

• Excellent Communication skills are essential.
