Description
Key Responsibilities:
Due Diligence Support: Assist with due diligence requests from third-party vendors and banks, ensuring all required documentation is gathered, reviewed, and submitted in a timely manner.
Document Management: Handle requests for signatures and officers' information, including printing documents that require wet signatures or notarization. Coordinate with officers for signatures as needed.
Communication: Forward electronic mail to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Compliance Matters: Support various compliance-related tasks as they arise, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Autonomous Work: Manage a high volume of requests with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Preferred background in legal, paralegal, or executive assistant roles, especially with experience in corporate matters.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using office software and tools to manage documents and communications.
Additional Information:
Training: We will provide training on specific processes and requirements, but the ideal candidate should be capable of quickly adapting and managing tasks independently.
Work Environment: This role requires in-office work three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) at our San Francisco/Bay Area office.
