We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves a range of duties including case management, legal research, and administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Processing and maintaining accurate records of legal cases

• Utilizing legal software such as LexisNexis and Case Management Software for research and case tracking

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for legal staff

• Handling client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service

• Assisting in billing functions and accounts payable and receivable

• Preparing and briefing documentation for legal services

• Providing support in areas of Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Estate Planning

• Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks

• Coordinating legal services and assisting in personal injury defense cases

• Handling phone duties, playing a significant role in client onboarding and initial inquiries.

Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Experience with LexisNexis

• Knowledge of Management System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to handle Billing Functions

• Skills in Briefing and Calendar Management

• Experience in Complaint Handling and Documentation

• Prior work as a Legal Assistant

• Experience in providing Legal Services

• Familiarity with Legal software

• Experience in Personal Injury Defense, Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs

• Knowledge of Estate Law and Estate Planning
