We are currently looking to hire a Leas ing Agent in the L exington area. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our properties while ensuring we maintain target occupancy levels at all times. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient with computer systems.

Property/Address: 330 Newtown Apartments - 330 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40508

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 :00 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements:

Prior customer service or administrative experience.

Experience in affordable housing or apartment leasing is preferred.

Proficient computer skills.

Strong marketing and social media skills, with the ability to effectively promote the apartment complex and engage prospective residents across various platforms.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Essential Functions :

Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.

Show available units to prospective residents.

Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.

Screen applicants to determine eligibility.

Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.

Maintain accurate tenant files.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
