: Can efficiently control activities and direct employees of a 360-unit hotel in a professional and proactive manner. Directs employees when necessary, and in the absence of their manager, in performing tasks necessary for business requirements and customer demand. Upholds all policies in coordination with the mission statement and as outlined in employee handbook by setting or reporting employees who are not following these policies. Provides training to employees on safety, security and emergency procedures so they may react wisely and assist management quickly with events that may occur. Is responsible for the security of building and/or property of the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Certification in CPR, First Aid, Serve Safe Alcohol and Sanitation will be required. Insures the safety of all employees and guests.
