Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Test Engineer , in the Hanover, MD or Herndon, VA areas. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with CNO Development Teams to better understand requirements, improve test effectiveness, and resolve defects
Execute test scripts and fully document all defects during the test execution
Actively participate in developing and improving existing testing scenarios and test cases
Ability to analyze specifications and design documentations test strategies, test plans, and user acceptance criteria
Able to create and organize, test plans, test sets, and test executions in Gitlab pipelines
Able to create, update, and maintain system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, API testing, and data-driven automated testing scenarios
Able to adapt to Agile Scrum Software Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors and a minimum of 5 years of testing experience
Experience using WebdriverIO, Selenium, or Cucumber to create automated tests for front-end programming language
Experience using Postman or similar technologies to create automated tests
Knowledge and experience in Continuous Development / Continuous Integration
Knowledge of test processes and test case development
Experience in SAFe Agile development methodology
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret clearance is required to start.Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
