We specialize in traffic sign manufacturing, traffic control and safety, specialty printing and outdoor advertising. 　　Overview:

　　This position you will be required to work with property owners to negotiate location leases, negotiate renewals of location leases for existing structures. Complete permit application and submit to the proper government office. Scan news outlets for our market areas for new information on new development areas for possible new structures. 　　Essential Functions:

　　Contacting property owners and obtaining their permission and terms for leasing their land or building space.

　　Review Outdoor Link for each market and generate service call for alarms.

　　Distribute Outdoor Link Service calls to road crews, electricians or power companies.

　　Updating landowners' information including address change or sale of property.

　　Become a notary.

　　Responsible for Newman Properties update leases and get approval and then negotiate with the tenant.

　　While traveling, always take a route of travel that will allow for the inspection of as many structures as possible.

　　Competencies:

　　Excellent communication and negotiation skills

　　Strong knowledge of the local market and the billboard industry

　　Ability to have a persuasive and customer-oriented approach

　　Have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle

　　Hours of Work:

　　This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma / GED

　　Preferred Education and Experience

　　Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, or real estate

　　1-3 years work experience
