Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities OVERVIEW: The Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist facilitates all enterprise-wide learning and OE processes, systems and services across the employee lifecycle. From new employee onboarding to employee and leader training/learning to employee engagement and talent analytics reporting. The successful candidate will balance strong customer service, project coordination and execution skills with systems expertise and a continuous improvement/consultative approach. Flawless execution is key. Must demonstrate the curiosity to learn, problem solve, propose a better way and drive improvements to systems, process and the employee experience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Systems Administration and Project Coordination Lead system administrator and super user for Learning Management System (LMS) Serve as point of escalation for help desk tickets from LMS end-users (learners) and site LMS administrators Provide onboarding, training and continuing education to site LMS admins; serve as point of contact for trouble shooting and site admin support Monitor and evaluate regular system/software updates; make initial recommendations for functionality enhancements and rollout strategies to maximize full utilization of system capabilities Partner with HRIS to coordinate and maintain alignment with other business units regarding system enhancements Partner with HRIS to troubleshoot and fix system outages Participate in evaluation of new technologies Act as project coordinator for new system or new capability implementations Facilitate post-acquisition integration and onboarding workstreams for LMS and other learning technologies Coordinate the annual training calendar for Manufacturing and Corporate training; facilitate delivery of monthly eLearning curriculum, provide regular reporting and audit support, partner with cross-functional content owners (e.g., Safety, QFS subject matter experts) Learning Content Creation and Maintenance Using authoring software (e.g., Articulate 360/Storyline), make updates to eLearning courses as needed and as requested by subject matter experts Facilitate the creation and execution of content quizzes and certifications via authoring software and LMS Partner with SMEs to curate learning solutions (existing eLearning offerings, reference guides, job aides or other resources) to address employee learning or development needs Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline aging eLearning courses – maintaining learning impact while reducing time required for learning Facilitate partnerships with external vendors as needed for course/content creation Employee Experience Program Coordination and Support Manage the Educational Assistance Program; track usage, facilitate documentation of approvals, maintain policy documentation, provide employee support, facilitate the execution of payback agreements Manage the successful execution of System Access Request (SAR) process; facilitate the timely delivery of new hire required training prior to system access; identify opportunities to streamline and provide a better user experience Provide support for the employee engagement process; serve as backup system admin, generate reports, participate in execution of system enhancements, support the action planning/follow-up process Support new hire programs and processes; coordinate event and delivery schedules, facilitate content updates, and manage relevant communications for various programs - New Hire Orientation, Understanding Our Business, New Hire Buddy program Support the execution of other Organizational Effectiveness programs and processes as needed (e.g., training coordination, DEI program coordination, performance management, development tools, reporting and data management for talent analytics, etc.) Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, instructional systems or related field (Business, Psychology, etc.) preferred.
