Learning Manager
The Learning Manager will be responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Training Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manuals are strictly adhered to. Assists in identifying the training needs within the hotel and each department. Assists in planning, implementing, and monitoring all the Hyatt’s Training programs. Conduct the General Orientation for all new colleagues, and carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
