Summary Independently designs, develops, and facilitatescorporate learning programs throughout the organization. The primaryfocus for this role will be manager education, including ManagerAcademy. Partners with leaders, managers, and employees to increaseindividual and organizational capabilities toward the goal of becoming alearning organization. Achieve current and future business goals throughconsulting, coaching, and training. Independently leads departmental andcross-departmental long-term programs and serves as a support teammember for project initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy. Theincumbent will be expected to mentor other less experienced staffmembers and provide guidance when appropriate. Primary Duties andResponsibilities A. Program Management: Design, manage, facilitate, andevolve manager education programs including Manager Academy. Write andreview instructional content to ensure alignment with corporate strategyand consistency with other internal LD programs. Ensures projectexpenses are in line with established budget parameters and are currentwith timeline schedule dates. Follow-up on items that either haveoverspent or will need additional time to ensure all parties are awareof discrepancies with the original project plan. Consult and coachfacilitators, (leaders, managers, and employees) to present material inan effective and cohesive manner. Proactively look for learningopportunities during facilitator coaching sessions in order to ensure aclear understanding and implementation of the material presented. B.Strategic Alignment and Consulting: Proactively develop learningprograms that support our business strategy. Consult with divisionrepresentatives, learning topic sponsors, frontline leaders, and theirteams to design and implement strategic curriculum and /or learningpaths for employees. Conduct needs analysis, determine, and documenttraining objectives, and recommend the most effective learning deliverymode(s) to meet specific needs. Foster partnerships with groupsCorporate Talent and Development and other LD teams throughout NM,ensure alignment of purpose and take advantage of possible synergies.Leverage cross-departmental relationships, negotiations, resources, andlogistics from design to execution with front-line leadership, learningtopic sponsors, {Creative Services, Communications} and other internaland external resources in order to facilitate{corporate/department/field} learning outcomes.
