　　We are seeking an experienced Lead Senior Engineer to join the windows display team which works on Qualcomm’s windows on arm products (Snapdragon X series). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems development, with experience in mentoring junior engineers.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

　　Responsibilities:

　　● Design, develop, and test features related to display with a good quality and agility.

　　● Analyze, Debug, and Fix any issues found in the display driver independently.

　　● Mentor other team members to ensure they complete projects on time.

　　● Review the code written by team members and provide feedback.

　　● Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and technologies

　　Requirements:

　　● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

　　● 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.

　　● Strong knowledge of C programming language and data structures.

　　● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　● Knowledge of display protocols like DisplayPort, DSI is good to have.
