Internship details Paidinternship beginning in Fall 2024 semester Duration of 12 weeks, up to20 hours per week depending on student interest and availability Willingto provide supporting documentation for students seeking school creditPotential day-to-day responsibilities Create and analyze quotes and bidsaccording to Sales and customer needs, competitive information, andcompany objectives Learn processes/techniques for creating pricingstructures based on multiple criteria including market, competition, andproduct mix and margin guidelines Maintain Imperial\'s vendor andcustomer cross-reference database Understand cost of goods increases andimplementation appropriate price adjustments Complete special projectsrelated to pricing, quoting and margin analysis Internship requirementsActive enrollment in a 2 or 4 year accredited college in a relevantcourse of study Strong oral and written communications skills, and beable to work effectively and build relationships with others Goodorganization and planning skills Imperial is an EqualOpportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
