Description:

　　The Learning and Development Manager, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and with the Plant Manager, will primarily be responsible to implement employee/personnel programs, including skills development training programs.

　　• Develop and implement training programs, including skills development for management, supervisors, lead hands and employees.• Responsible for all aspects of training to include training, training trainers and bringing in external trainers.• Maintain human resources information and related records systems in compliance with applicable legislation• Stay abreast on compliance requirements and industry best practices; recommend changes or modifications to existing policies and programs to remain in compliance; and adopt best practices where feasible
