　　In your role, you will

　　Methods Leader

　　Responsible for planning, organizing, motivating, and supervising the activities of ten to fifteen salaried from our Methods groups.

　　Responsible of a team supporting production line of the St-Laurent facility, but also implement engineering change. You may be responsible for process revisions and implementation.

　　Assume all HR responsibilities of a team, financial management and technology development department and improvements projects.

　　Coordinate methods activities across internal Bombardier functions.

　　Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.

　　Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have experience with detail part manufacturing for aerospace or assembly

　　You have project management relevant experience

　　You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a Methods or Quality team.

　　You have minimum of five (5) years’ experience

　　You have excellent management skills.

　　You have knowledge in lean manufacturing.

　　You have good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.

　　You have many resources, and you are ready to work in a winning team.

　　You have strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge; you demonstrate a certain talent in communication and leadership.

　　You have previous project management experience, would be an asset.
