About Lead Software Engineer

　　Discharge duties of a Lead Angular developer working with technical workforce across Wex Payments platform

　　Mentor Senior and Junior Devs for Project delivery

　　Work in close tandem with Product Owner, Agile Engineer, Dev Manager and ensure seamless delivery

　　Able to take decisions where necessary, justifying the need thereof.

　　Ensure good code quality, coding standards and overall excellence of the developers entrusted with.

　　Maintain a good rapport with QA and other stakeholders to ensure greater collaboration.

　　Identify areas of improvement and implement changes in concurrence with the Dev Manager.

　　Able to delegate tasks to personnel based on their skillsets.

　　Identify training gaps / needs of the developers and work with the Dev manager to bridge the gaps.

　　Be adept at impact analysis while requirements are being refined.

　　Suggest solutions with future scalability in mind.
