  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Trading Enablement Assistant within Investment Operations Management as apart of Wealth & Investment Management. This role is responsible for executing and confirming securities transactions initiated by clients. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

  In this role, you will:Support overall effectiveness of the team according to plans, monitor daily securities, and cash related production workSupervise daily production activities and staff.Guide others on complex production improvement efforts and address procedural impactsProvide back-up for all department functions while providing coaching and feedback to staffPrioritize work and provide daily leadership to teamsContribute to solving corporate governance and address compliance issues for the departmentLead the implementation of new or revised processes and proceduresCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsDeliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiriesAssist and educate customers on product and service productsProvide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentIdentify internal business partner referrals and business development opportunitiesMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsAssist customers (FA/Money Managers) with questions regarding the policies and procedures as needed.Understand the impact of the market to our daily processes.Required Qualifications:7+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge and understanding of advisory products and services Exposure to Wells Fargo managed account trading systems such as: APL, MMS, Beta, Working SEI, Advent/Moxy, or Factset Trading experience Posting End Date:
