Lead Sales- Floral Department

　　Part-Time: Schedule will vary during retail hours

　　(Sunday through Saturday 9am- 7pm)

　　Job Duties:

　　Assist floral supervisor in day-to-day store operations. 

　　Working one-on-one with customers, in person and over the phone.

　　Providing excellent customer service in a timely fashion.

　　Taking orders and ringing up transactions on the registers.

　　Providing product information and suggestions. 

　　Daily merchandising of product, ordering, and stocking. 

　　Provide supervision, training, work direction, and motivation to floral staff, answering any questions they have. 

　　Oversee store inventory, maintaining stock levels and communicating needs supervisor/manager.  

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to exude a positive attitude. 

　　Excellent customer service skills.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

　　Demonstrated good merchandising and display talent. 

　　Ability to train, delegate, and motivate staff. 

　　Good technical knowledge of point of sale systems. 

　　Ability to prioritize daily and weekly tasks.  Ability to make decisions, problem-solve and multi-task. 

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
