Job Description Summary

　　Grid Solutions, part of GE Vernova, is serving customers globally with over 20,000 employees in approximately 80 countries. 　　The Lead Project Manager will manage equipment, facility or infrastructure projects. They will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Your focus is on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. You will co-ordinate the cross functional team.

　　The Project Manager will be responsible for small and medium size projects and/or Deputy Project Manager for Large Turn-Key Grid Projects

　　Projects will be in Norway and/or Sweden

　　These type of projects include engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of electrical infrastructure projects, primarily based on GE products and GE Grid solutions for Electrical Infrastructure projects.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Small to Medium scale Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.

　　Developing in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

　　In-depth understanding of key business drivers.

　　In-depth understanding their team's cooperation with other teams and contribution to the area.

　　Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.

　　May use multiple internal sources to arrive to decisions.

　　Required Qualifications

　　This role requires experience in Project Management in Electrical Infrastructure projects.

　　Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree or Masters from an accredited university or college. Preferably electrical engineering qualification.

　　Technical skills and analytic thinking.

　　Being able to work independently

　　Proven interpersonal skills

　　Ability to hire and develop talents and provides informal guidance to new team members as well.

　　This role requires fluent language skills in either Swedish , Norwegian. In addition a requirement for fluent English.

　　Ability to travel up to 20% (mainly Scandinavia ).

　　Primarily working from GE Vernova Office in Oslo OR if located in Sweden, working remotely perhaps in Stockholm, Vasteras, Gothenburg
