About Lead Mechanic

　　We are a 250 acre organic vegetable farm based in Carnation that has been farming for 27 years. We are looking for a skilled lead mechanic that can work alone and help direct a small team. Must be a self-starter with an excellent ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment in a shop and in the field. Farm equipment includes heavy equipment, diesel engines, tractors, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, discs, plows, irrigation pumps, forklifts, and various-sized trucks. Must have 5 years of experience as a mechanic/technician. Farm experience and welding/fabrication experience is preferred, but not required.
