Job Description

　　We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with 6+ years of industry experience in Java. As part of our dynamic development team, you will be responsible for streaming data from Kafka to a NoSQL datastore and an Elasticsearch store. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval. This position will have the potential to grow into a leadership role but will require you to remain hands on and play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of the project.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-6+ years of professional experience as a software developer, with a strong focus in Java

　　-Familiarity operating with Kafka and Flink ecosystem

　　-Proficiency in working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)

　　-Strong communication and willingness to lead

　　-East Coast hours -- flexibility to work early mornings

　　-Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related major from top institutions -Design and implement data streaming pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from Apache Kafka / Flink into a NoSQL datastore and Elasticsearch.

　　-Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

　　-Leadership Experience null
