　　SWX Construction is a fast-growing company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. We specialize in commercial facilities, especially in the food processing sector. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent (Bilingual in Spanish & English) to join our team and help manage projects in the field.

　　· Assisting Project Managers with streamlined project delivery efforts safely and effectively.

　　· Manage projects from bid to completion with minimal oversight.

　　· Manage project team to ensure successful project completion.

　　· Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

　　· This position will require on-site work daily.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　· Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English

　　· 2+ years as a Superintendent

　　· 2+ years of Commercial Concrete Projects (concrete prep, sidewalk, curb & gutter, slab on grade, rebar reinforcing, form setting, etc.)

　　· Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints

　　· Knowledge of applicable codes relating to general construction.

　　· Proficient with current technologies and software:

　　o Microsoft Office

　　o Adobe PDF

　　o Email
