Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Lead HR Generalist - Salaried Support. This position is based at our Euclid, OH facility.
Manufacturing engine fuel pumps for both military and commercial aircraft, our Euclid facility has approximately 330 employees.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Human Resources Lead Generalist will directly support the HR team at the Euclid, OH facility in the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and programs to support the business objectives of the manufacturing facilities. This role provides leadership in the effective administration of recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR processes. This role is also responsible for assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures as well as driving continuous improvement efforts within the function.
What you’ll do:
Provide HR support to managers leading the salaried workforce through on-boarding, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing training and development.
Lead salary-banded talent acquisition and management activities as well as manage the New Employee On-Boarding activities including new hire orientation for both hourly and salaried new hires.
Manage reporting for the site, including providing month-end headcount information and training status to site leadership.
Manage disability and workers compensation situations.
Coordinate or assist in documentation gathering and represent the company position in Labor Relations proceedings associated employment practices.
Lead employee relations investigations for all salaried workforce matters.
Manage benefits annual enrollment, health wellness programs, on-site screenings, and preventative programs; lead employee relations investigations for all salaried workforce matters.
Serve as site champion for the annual United Way campaign.
Manage the department in administration of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) drug abatement and eye testing programs.
Process salaried payroll and review all Kronos time entries prior to closing payroll for non-exempt workers.
Partner with payroll on all new hires, transfers, terminations, vacation accruals, and all other financial liabilities.
Assist with bi-annual employee survey cycle to ensure smooth implementation.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
