**Lead Hazard Program Manager
The Lead Hazard Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Citys Lead Hazard Reduction Program, a HUD-funded program to assess and remediate lead hazards in residential units. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: managing lead hazard cases, completing environmental reviews, managing Program funding, lead worker training, as well as public outreach and education. Must have a Bachelors degree and three to five (3-5) years of experience in the lead abatement field, including lead abatement construction, lead inspections, and/or public health lead poisoning response; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of State and Federal Lead Based Paint regulations.
