　　Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

　　Direct and inspire your team of drivers with leadership that focuses on process improvement, team-building, coaching, and feedback.

　　Keep overtime to a minimum, except for those rare emergency situations.

　　Assist the Station Manager by being a recruitment wizard - interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring transport drivers to be the best in the business.

　　Oversee the daily maintenance review of our fleet, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine and reporting concerns promptly.

　　Be the safety superhero, conducting regular safety audits, leading station safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members to ensure a secure and thriving work environment.

　　But wait, there's more:

　　Help the Station Manager manage local permits and vehicle registrations – because we all know paperwork can't be ignored!

　　Maintain stellar relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required – networking game strong!

　　Ensure you've got a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds – Crew bags won't lift themselves!

　　Be at least 21 years old (per DOT requirements) and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical – safety first!

　　Get yourself a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card, because, well, it's part of the job.
