Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects, and driving innovation within our organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience working with Azure.

Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, source control).

Certification in Azure or .NET technologies.
