JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY Seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, resultsoriented, and customer focused project manager looking for anopportunity with an industry leading power transformer manufacturer inthe electric power industry. This position is responsible forfunctioning in a project management role for orders sold by Prolec-GEWaukesha, Inc. from the Waukesha Manufacturing Facility, striving forflawless project execution for repeat business. This cross-functionalrole, requires effective, timely and proactive communication. PRINCIPLEDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Manager transformer orders acceptedby Prolec-GE Waukesha,Inc., adhering to the Company Project Managementprocesses Coordinate the execution of various project tasks betweenmultiple departments as required per the last contractual milestone ofthe transformer project. Review customer specifications, requirements,and contracts for all orders accepted by the Company to ensurecomprehension of transformer project requirements. Complete projectexecution processes including, but not limited to, project kick-offmeetings, weekly schedule updates for customers, timely internalcommunication for alignment with engineering, operations, service andlogistics, change orders, financial invoicing, and project closeoutmeetings. These activities shall be completed per the defined Prolec-GEWaukesha, Inc. KPI targets. Use SAP Project Systems software to analyzeand manage all aspects of the order\'s / project\'s lifecycle includingoversight of scheduling, resource load analysis, billing, delivery, etc.Support all groups (transformer engineering department, outsourcedengineering and manufacturing suppliers, and customers) on all technicalquestions and product capabilities. Understand IEEE, NEMA, and ANSIindustry standards for design / application of transformers. Positivelyrepresent the Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. as a leader in the industryduring all customer meetings / interactions. Analyze and report projectperformance during internal meetings. Enhance customer experience andsatisfaction through frequent and insightful customer communication.Coordinate and facilitate Customer visits such as customer inspections,witnessing of tests and plant tours. Coordinate the submission andreturn of approval drawings to meet customer needs and projectschedules. Assist in the resolution of issues delaying the timelypayment of invoices. Proactively manage change orders for financial riskmitigation. Ensure milestones are invoiced per project plans toProlec-GE Waukesha, Inc. financial health.
