What you’ll do:

　　Job Summary:

　　This position is primarily responsible for RTR (GL & FA) functional production support and resolve Techno-Functional problems and Oracle Financial Implementations.

　　This role would include working closely with IT team on the conversion of New Sites, LES initiatives, Oracle to SAP conversions, system upgrades, participate in RPA initiatives, CI Projects and any other system enhancement Projects in GFSS RTR process.

　　As a Functional Production Support Sr. Analyst, the primary task would be liaising with global RTR process teams and Production support teams to address any process and system related issues.

　　As part of Implementations be responsible in driving requirement gatherings, Future State design to ensure adherence to GFSS global design for RTR, Data conversion & validation, Unit Testing, UAT, Production & post go-live support.

　　As part of the system enhancement & production support responsibilities, this position will take care of preparing various documents like BR100s, CV40s, MD50, Test Scripts, Test plans and will work with Technical Team to support on POCs, TUTs, FUTs & Production deployments during the Project lifecycle.

　　Additionally, this role would also be actively involved in RPA and CI initiatives projects and also to share best practices and learnings across all regions.

　　Job Responsibility: Functional Production Support

　　• Good Oracle R12 functional knowledge on Multi-Org structure, Primary & Secondary books functionality, Project accounting & Fixed Assets module working

　　• RTR Functional Production support and provide seamless support to Process Team and Operations

　　• Determine the Root cause and provide/deploy permanent solutions preventing recurrence of issues and deploy them working closely with Business and IT Teams.

　　• Execute and test approved changes in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) Test team, GFSS Process teams, and IT teams.

　　• Interpret business requirements and technical/functional design documents in order to adequately address risks/changes and effectively develop a test plan, scenarios, test cases and scripts

　　• Collaborate with Oracle L1 and L3 teams to strengthen L2 support model to meet key deliverables and timelines from a GFSS perspective

　　• Support GFSS Team on quick resolution of Cases and work with Technical Team on the Cases require IT Support

　　• Ensure up to date knowledge of GFSS processes, through SME Group and strong working relationship with internal GFSS teams

　　Customer Focus & Meet and exceed customer expectations – Keep an eye on Customer requirements & expectation, deliver a solution meeting the agreed requirements.

　　Quality culture: Identify processes improvements and participate in CI and enhancement projects.

　　Enable Digital Mindset - Understand Eaton's Digitalization landscape and engage in RPA, Automation & Digital Transformation projects and utilize MS office tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate etc.

　　BOC - Responsible for RTR functional & process trainings, also knowledge sharing to create backups and support projects across businesses.

　　Qualifications:

　　B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

　　Skills:

　　10-12 years of total experience in implementing Oracle R12 systems

　　In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials applications

　　Experience in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets & Project Accounting

　　Expert knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows

　　Should have experience in at least 3 project full life cycle implementations.

　　Experience of at least 10+ years as Oracle Functional Support Analyst/Consultant

　　End-to-end implementation experience and support experience in Oracle Application ( R12)

　　Knowledge of Tax and Statutory requirements for country specific localizations is an added advantage

　　Hands on experience on custom solutions: R12, Interfaces, RPA etc.

　　Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

　　Understanding & experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Loader

　　Knowledge of U.S. GAAP & India GAAP

　　SQL & OBIEE
