We have an opening on our team focusing on fulfilment activities for our Rolls-Royce/USAF customer at Warner Robins AFB in Georgia. This role reports to the Dowty Propellers Sterling Customer Operations Management Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead activities relating to fulfilment support for the USAF customer at the Warner Robins location.
Communication with the on-site Dowty Operations Manager, the Sterling COM Team, and the USAF Program Manager.
Monitor and developing tracking mechanism for units sent to Warner Robins from the Sterling facility or from the USAF bases.
Support monthly CDRL reporting for units received and TAT (consolidated reporting with Sterling and Warner Robins data).
Ensure repairs are progressed through the Warner Robins facility, at the expected cost and in accordance with customer contract requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
Support standardization and improvement initiatives across the business
Provide input to the sales operations and planning functions in relation to spares sales and repair forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities to the sales plan
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Logistics and Fulfillment.)
Minimum of 3 years of Logistics and Fulfillment experience.
Desired Characteristics:
Proficiency in the use of MS Office including excel
Proficiency in the use of Government websites including IRAPT, WAWF, DCMA e-tools
Knowledge of Oracle Golf ERP.
Experience of working in a Customer Services environment
Aviation Industry experience, particularly dealing with military customers
Ability to build relationships and influence others
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Knowledge of Government Property Regulations preferred
Knowledge of Gold Systems preferred
Knowledge of military export shipments preferred
Proficiency in the use of MS packages including Excel
Proficiency in the use of Government websites including IRAPT, WAWF, DCMA e-tools
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
