　　Job Summary

　　Summary: Responsible for the complete cleanliness and sanitation of the main kitchen.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Operates large machinery such as high-temp dishwashers, floor machines, trash compactors, etc.

　　Ensure all dishware is washed, rinsed, and sanitized in a timely manner.

　　Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas

　　Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures with monthly participation on safety trainings

　　Maintains temperatures and chemical levels of cleaning equipment as outlined by provided standards.

　　Keep stored dishes organized and in compliance with safety standards.

　　Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

　　Clean and sanitize all work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.

　　Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

　　Helps load and unload supplies and products.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.
