Conductconferences or oral presentations with prospective contractors to arriveat a clear understanding of solicitation requirements. Prepares detailedprice negotiation memoranda and best value determinations. Outlines, inwriting, the details of negotiations with contractors in competitive andnoncompetitive negotiations.
