Customer Service Representative

Work Model:
Hybrid (3 days from home, 2 in office)
Location: Troy, MI
Pay Rate: $17.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Training Shifts: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Job Description:
· Handle 50-80 customer calls, sometimes more and sometimes less depending length of call
· Receive calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
· Must be able to multitask between various systems to research and document phone calls
· Navigate between multiple internal systems to identify and offer customer solutions
Qualifications:
· 1-2 Years of Call Center Experience (Retail customer service will still be considered)
· Ability to handle difficult customer service conversations
· Efficient using a computer and navigating different
software programs
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Reliable internet connection to work from home
