About Lead Computer Systems Analyst

  Robert Half, Inc. seeks Lead Computer Systems Analyst in San Ramon, CA:

  Job Duties: Own request intake process for analytics organization inclusive of triage, initial discovery, requirements gathering, and translation to ensure requests are complete and ready to be actioned by internal development teams and vendors. Develop reporting and provide regular communications to management and stakeholders regarding project scoping, status, feasibility, and timelines. Partner with Analytics Leadership, Program Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure the backlog is groomed and up to date. Lead development, collaboration, implementation, and maintenance of technical documentation system (framework + platform) in support of Global Marketing Analytics organization. Develop detailed System Maps, Data Flow diagrams, and Process charts. Organize platform SRD/ BRDs. Own organization and maintenance of GMA Confluence. Proactively identify, recommend, and execute opportunities to increase system efficiency and effectiveness while considering the impact on internal & external stakeholders, Martech platforms, and team processes. Assess upstream & downstream effects and risks of potential changes and present analysis/recommendations to management. Liaise with technical enablement teams and business stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of projects and system changes. Conduct initial review of technical design, system, and solution documents from technology partners on behalf of the business. Collaborate with program managers/analytics leaders and provide regular project updates to ensure transparency and an open line of communication. Act as the main triage and escalation point for emergent technical issues, data breaks, and bugs. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

  Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

  Special Skill Requirements:

  Experience and knowledge of at least one of the following data domains (Martech, CRM, ERP) including experience with data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration (2 years) Data visualization with in-depth experience using at least two of the following Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Cognos, or Looker (2 years) Agile methodology and Scrum framework experience using at least two of the following project management and collaboration software solutions: JIRA, Smartsheet, or Workfront. (2 years) Experience developing, integrating, and improving data management processes using SharePoint or Confluence (2 years). Skilled at complex process flow diagraming with a focus on business or system process flows using MS Visio, Miro, or Lucid Chart (2 years) Experience conducting business systems analysis and working knowledge of SQL (2 years) Translate complex business requirements into technical solution specifications using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint (2 years) Deep understanding of fit/gap analysis for technology solutions development (2 years)

  Base Salary: $121,597-146,266 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
