We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team! This on-site position is in Fremont, OH and primarily supports our manufacturing operation, distribution center, and sales center.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
Recruitment, assessment, and onboarding of new associates.
Administration of HR policies and programs (attendance, performance reviews, compensation, recognition, retention, etc.).
Being a credible partner in driving cultural change to provide great workplaces that attract and retain the best people.
Participates with leadership on development plans, coaching and disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Provides feedback and recommendations for improvements to drive a positive employee experience.
Participates in project work, group events and employee relations functions.
