More than twelve million Inovonics devices have beeninstalled in commercial buildings, including banks, retail outlets,multifamily housing complexes, world heritage sites and health carefacilities around the world.Inovonics current business model is to sell hardware components to dealers,distributors, and value-added resellers. However, Inovonics is seeking totransform its business by providing complete customer solutions withhardware, software, and attached services.POSITION RESPONSBILITIES:Assist the CSO by serving as a subject matter expert working closely otherdepartments to implement and monitor the cybersecurity program across theorganization.Ensure facilities and equipment are physically secured.Lead efforts to inventory information technology assets, document data flowsand data privacy programs, manage change requests and monitor compliancewith cybersecurity policies and best practices.Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and accountability ofon-premises systems, cloud resources and remote working environments.Ensure proper provisioning, hardening, encryption, backup, updatingand disposal of assets.Ensure security of network infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud.Ensure protection of sensitive, regulated data and intellectual property.Lead efforts in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.Lead efforts in detecting, reviewing and responding to security events.Lead security incident containment and investigations in cooperation withexternal resources.Lead disaster recovery planning, testing and implementation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Hands-on experience in all areas of information technology, including cloudenvironments and identity management.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.Broad technical knowledge of all common security domains.Hands-on experience in security solution engineering and implementation,security operations management and incident management.Knowledge of cloud security best practices.Experience monitoring, investigating, and reporting of security events andincidents.Strong technical communication skills (oral and written) with the demeanorto interface at all levels from engineering to executives.Proven ability to lead projects to completion, ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality work on time.Ability to manage and review work completed by internal and externalresources.High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handleconfidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturityin all situations.Ability to organize, document, and prioritize a high-volume workload whilehandling details accurately, in a timely manner, and under pressure.EDUCATIONAL/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in a related field, such as information systems, computerscience or cybersecurityRequires a minimum of 5 years in information technology.
