Job Overview:Under the general direction of the assigned manager this position leads and performs high level analysis and programming in the selection process, implementation, and support of an applications independently. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in a multi-disciplinary team approach for selection, planning, and implementing new or upgraded systems. Responsible for leading specifications and managing customer needs of assigned applications from which programs will be written and processes are followed to ensure maximum utilization of automation, system availability and system governance. Team members in this position are responsible for leading program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Works with other Information System teams, operational liaisons, and the customer to ensure the performance of underlying technical infrastructure and software utilization. Serves as a mentor, assisting in the growth and development of team members and use of our TriHealth Way of Serving.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Information SystemsOther relevant fields of studyPreferred: Certifications in EPIC Hospital Billing SBOEquivalent experience accepted in lieu of degreeFlexible/adaptable learning and understanding new technologiesProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExecute tasks in a high-pressure environment4-5 years experience in a related fieldJob Responsibilities:Supports departmental and organizational processes including customer support and problem resolution in a timely manner to ensure maximum system availability.
