About Lead Analyst-Digital Engagement Execution

  Please note, the ideal candidate for this role will need to be located in a commutable distance from our corporate office in Mooresville, NC or be open to relocation, as eligible.

  The Lead Analyst, Digital Engagement Execution, is responsible for helping to define the on-site support strategy for enterprise event, campaign, and promotional initiatives to help grow the Lowes.com business, and ensures the team has the priorities and details to execute the plan successfully. This role will manage the end-to-end digital event and promotional work streams with minimal guidance and support from managers by leveraging analytics, testing/optimization strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional groups. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for reviewing campaign performance with the team to help prioritize and push insights and recommendations into action for future campaigns, while streamlining execution processes and identifying business requirements to improve the overall online customer experience. They will serve as a mentor and coach for team members and be expected to develop a deep understanding of digital objectives and key results and help guide work across the team accordingly.

  What You Will Do:

  •Communicate to influence cross functional teams, including Merchants, Brand Marketing, Pricing & Promotions, Digital Production, digital commerce partners (US and IND), to ensure all teams have required information to support and make decisions related to required digital campaigns/promotions.

  •Execute digital campaign and promotional work of large scope and responsible for sharing outcomes of campaigns for future learning.

  •Track and document campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status and provide weekly updates to senior leadership.

  •Oversee and leverage campaign and promotional dashboards, and build reports to interpret and communicate performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Medallia, Fullstory, Power BI.

  •Lead process improvement efforts within the campaign and promotional planning and execution processes.

  •Actively lead and participate in team discussions, business reviews and recurring huddles/touchpoints.

  •Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end online customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  •Develop and present communications, to senior leadership, which convey the right message in an effective way to the appropriate audience.

  •Serve as mentor and coach for team members.

  Required Qualifications:

  •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Business Operations, or relevant field

  •6-7 years relevant experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  •Retail experience and/or digital omni channel experience

  Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $78,800.00 - $131,300.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
