Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Communication and Training Coordinator.
What you’ll do:
Job summary
The position will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities to support the organization development, all Training initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting substantial business growth as well as comply with the requirements by ISO/TS, OpA, Lean initiatives, 5's, STPS regulations.
Job responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains all employees’ files up to date with training information.
Implements and maintains union and salary employee’s certification process.
Supports all activities related to training ensuring compliance with STPS legal requirements, coordination of internal and external trainings, etc.
Complies with all the ISO/TS requirements and perform internal audits on the job training.
Execute the training needs detection process and develop the Annual Training Plan
Reports and track progress regarding all Corporate Training requirements including Eaton University.
Support the Eaton Scholarship program as needed.
Ensures HR activities fully comply with legal requirement and Eaton policies.
Support the employee survey process and other HR activities to ensure the positive employee relations
Supports in the organization and coordination of company parties and events
Provide efficient and friendly customer service to employees
Supervises to the On-the-Job trainers
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in the same area.
Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of staff, Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite, Power Point/ Canvas
Excellent interpersonal skills and facilitation skills, Self-motivated team player.
Experience using Sirce system
English: conversational intermediate.
