　　As the Lead Analyst, IT Supplier Strategy and Management - Operations you will manage all tasks and activities related to IT supplier engagement including supplier contracts, the approved supplier list, and the tool used to input and process supplier engagement requests, and continuous improvement of the associated processes and tools engaged in this work.

　　What You Will Do

　　Assign owners and approvers for incoming requests.Ensure timely review and approval of requests performing quality review of incoming requests and documents from stakeholders.Ensure that contractual requirements are well-communicated, well-understood and clearly define expectations from the business.Provide reports on the status of requests, identifies areas for improvement and where requests are stuck in the process.Maintain the IT Approved Supplier List and associated processes including Due Diligence Assessments, Cybersecurity Assessments, Live ASL tracker, IT Supplier Hub updates and ServiceNow updates.Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process, as applicable.Partner with the IT team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation.Develop and build robust integration with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams.Partner with IT resources to understand requirements and capture accordingly in RFP/SOW templates for use in partner engagement.Provide guidance and mentoring on business processes to other IT members, as applicable.Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

　　What You Need

　　Bachelor's degree required.4+ years of professional experience is required.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management required.Supplier engagement experience preferred.Contract, IT, or Regulatory Compliance experience preferred.Strong knowledge MS Excel and SharePoint preferred.Understanding and knowledge of enterprise systems and processes preferred.International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills preferred.
