Lead Action Sports Sales, Full Time, Coeur d\'Alene\\Overview:\The Action Sports Sales Lead directly supports the store managers in allthe departments day-to-day activities. Their role is to optimizedepartment sales and profitability through employee training anddevelopment. They are highly knowledgeable in Action Sports products anda resource for customers and employees. The Lead Action Sports Saleswill model Crown Enterprises selling procedures and place customersatisfaction and employee development as the cornerstones for theirdepartments success.\\Key Accountabilities:\o Sales standards and achievement for the department.\o Train and counsel employees.
