Door to Door Canvassing Lead

　　Comfort Windows & Doors is seeking energetic people for our Canvassing (Home Advisor) positions to accurately and professionally represent our brand and its products in order to secure and schedule qualified sales Opportunities (appointments) primarily from neighborhood marketing. Home Advisors following our proven system will generate 20 product demonstrations per month and have the ability to make over $50,000 per year.

　　Your Role With Us...

　　In this role you will represent the Comfort brand during our neighborhood marketing efforts and at off-premise events to accomplish the following…

　　Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by Comfort to develop rapport and influence homeowners in targeted territories to secure Sales appointments;

　　Go door-to-door in designated areas looking for issues with current homes to introduce Comfort’s offers to potential customers;

　　Demonstrate a vast knowledge of our products and services being canvassed to convince homeowners to schedule a free inspection and estimate on specific home improvement projects;

　　Gather contact information from homeowners and enter information gathered from face-to-face interactions into our Salesforce Customer Relations Software (CRM);

　　Confidently answer questions and rebut objections to meet daily goals set by the Marketing Department;

　　Attend continual training to ensure you know all about Comfort, our quality products (windows, doors, roofing, siding, etc.), and know how to use our software systems to set day/time for sales opportunities in our calendars for each market;

　　Attend off-premise events including fairs, home shows, etc to represent Comfort and secure appointments from attendees;

　　Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas set by the Marketing Department;

　　Receive incentives for appointments where product is demonstrated and sold by Comfort representatives

　　Qualifications…

　　Minimum 1 year of canvassing experience preferred

　　Energetic and convincing personality

　　Ability to present material in a face-to-face setting

　　Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

　　Excellent verbal and written communications skills

　　Strong listening and presentation skills

　　Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

　　Ability to use technology and a tablet

　　Superior communication and customer service skills

　　Proven follow up and organizational skills

　　Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
