　　Performs complex work computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records. May supervise subordinate employees.

　　Major/Essential Functions:

　　Process procurement requisitions and travel reimbursements for US PREP team, providers, and district partners including: submission of purchase orders, invoices for non-employee consultants, and TTU employee travel reports ensuring TTU policy compliance.

　　Assist in monthly tracking of p-card transactions through Chrome River and SmartSheet, assists in preparation of monthly reports for submission to Procurement office.

　　Assist in tracking of the budgeted travel reimbursements as they are processed via the TTU travel system or procurement services using SmartSheet.

　　Utilizes the US PREP travel Inbox, organizing incoming travel into appropriate folders, and archiving once travel is processed.

　　Assist, as needed, in preparing reports as needed for funding agencies, COE Research Office, and other requested/required reports.

　　Occasional Duties:

　　Assists in planning US PREP Convenings and other program meetings or events.

　　Assists in the logisitcal facilitation of all program events to include participant travel, travel reimbursements, facility rentals/lodging, invitation notices, and attendee management, catering, and all other arrangements needed to set up meetings or events.

　　Assist US PREP providers with travel arrangements and reimbursements of expenses for all US PREP Center program convenings.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Completion of high school or the equivalent with four years progressively responsible experience. May require a typing proficiency of 60 words per minute. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.
