The Production Lead has a direct role in thechocolate production process from beginning to end. They are responsiblefor ensuing each piece of candy that comes out of our facility is \"Onlythe Finest\" quality that our customer have grown to expect. Aproduction lead is expected to direct, train, and assist employees. Itis your responsibility to ensure your specific area remains safe,efficient, and up to quality standards. You will work within our SAPmanagement system on a daily basis as well as maintain records. Thetypical schedule for this position is 6:15am to 5:00pm Monday throughThursday. Overtime may be required.

　　Directs, controls, monitors, assists and trains employees assigned to aspecific area, line or team per Supervisors instructions.

　　Must be able to communicate with and delegate tasks to team members.

　　Operates machinery, equipment and tools in a safe and proficient manneraccording to standards, guidelines and instructions.

　　Maintains records, delivers, inspects and performs all activitiesrequired of other members of the area, line or team.

　　Must be able to read and understand rules, tapes, scales andthermometers.

　　Must be able to read and understand product specifications establishedby Russell Stover Candies and recognize deviations from thosespecifications.

　　Performs clean-up activities as assigned.

　　May be asked to perform other duties as determined by proper authority.
