What you'll do...
Administers personnel transactions as well as personnel systems support to U.S. plant-based HR teams
Coordinates International Service Assignment transactions with 3 rd party provider, including initiations, repatriations and back-to-back assignments
Coaches, counsels, and educates operations partners on HR administrative policies, processes, programs and strategies
Analyzes data and uses technology to proactively identify and diagnose HR systems business needs / opportunities and supports development of solutions to meet those needs
Provides customer data analysis and ad hoc reporting though personnel database systems
Supports HR efforts related to compensation planning, succession planning, employee engagement and morale, workforce metrics and special HR initiatives, as needed
Coordinates the annual file review, global information standards compliance, access control and recordkeeping administration for the department
Leads global distribution of personnel announcements and other miscellaneous communications
Provides various administrative support for HR team, as needed
Builds strong relationships with operations partners, HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues
You'll have
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of HR experience
• Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint and personnel management databases/reporting systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Data Warehouse)
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
