  Description

At Amazon, our mission is to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to work with the Learning & Development team that supports the Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) organization.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to assist the OTS Learning & Development (L&D) team in building, executing, and managing programs for our Learners.

The Learning Program Manager (PM) drives the operations of L&D programs and supports the coordination of all Learning-related activities, working directly with Learning Operations and Learning Business Partners. The Learning PM is someone who has expertise in many areas and keeps the team running behind the scenes; program development and execution, logistics coordination, meeting planning, communications effectiveness, attention to the smallest detail, customer service, and stakeholder management are critical competency areas for this role. The Learning PM will play an integral role in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and learning communications for OTS and will serve as the primary contact for L&D customer service, contributing to and driving the implementation of communication strategy, program delivery, and assessment.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute Learning-related programs, supported by Learning Operations and Learning Business Partners

  • Work with larger L&D team to support the development of learning and/or development programs to help learners most effectively build, retain, and apply new skills.

  • Ensure learning content is compelling and meets identified needs.

  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify program sponsors and facilitators.

  • Drive strategy and execution for all customer-facing communications from Learning & Development

  • Serve as team expert for the learning management system (LMS), acting as primary administrator for the team.

  • Configure courses, generate reports, develop certifications, design learning paths and curricula, and collaborate with internal clients to enhance the learning experience.
