As a NACG L&D Performance Consultant, you will be a key member of our NACG learning & development team. You will provide thought leadership and expertise to NACG partners to enhance business outcomes, develop critical functional and/or professional skills, sales enablement and/or digital marketing skills, and deliver learner-centric development solutions. You will play a critical role as a program/product manager and develop short and long-term learning solutions based on identified skill gaps.

You have experience as a learning experience designer and/or supporting the development of sales, marketing, and/or product management professionals.You have a financial industry, investment, sales enablement and/or marketing background, and a foundational understanding of investment strategies and vehicles. You know how to engage in conversation about our products and services and can interpret what NACG teams want and need to be successful. SIE certification is recommended.You have applied financial industry and investment knowledge for the planning and designing of instructional methods and materials.You have conducted needs assessments, identified training needs, and recommended performance and non-performance solutions to business leaders and key stakeholders without direct authority.You have proven consulting and influencing skills with SMEs and senior leaders.You are constantly striving to find new instructional approaches to deliver engaging learning solutions that deliver business results.You are skilled consulting with stakeholders to diagnose, partner and develop holistic solutions to solve complex problems.You connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations, deriving insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals.You have a related degree and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
