　　This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The employer intends to fill 2 positions.

　　Job description: Residential lawn service. Operating walk behind mowers and gas powered trimmers. Requires hard work and sometimes long hours working in the heat.

　　Geographical area of employment is in Jefferson County, MO.

　　An undetermined amount of overtime hours will be available. Employees will be paid 1.5 wages during overtime hours.

　　On-the-job training will be provided for workers.

　　A single workweek will be used as a standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly.

　　Employer intends to assist workers to secure lodging by letting them know what is available in the area and providing transportation to the lodging.

　　Employer will make all deductions required by law.

　　The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer via a check issued from the employer, or direct payment to the service provider, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order. The amount for daily subsistence will be at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

　　The employer will provide or pay fo the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, depart to work fo the employer, if the worker compltes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period.

　　The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite.

　　The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.

　　The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned,
