Position Summary

Works in the Veterinary Medical Center providing laundry service to the large and small animal clinics. Operate washers, extractors and tumblers; perform general cleaning of assigned laundry area; stock and order supplies; route laundry to proper areas; collect and dispose of waste materials; maintain proper cleanliness and water settings for quality control purposes.

Minimum Requirements

Working knowledge of commercial laundry methods and processes is necessary.

One-year satisfactory experience as a Laundry Helper or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience is necessary.

Frequent lifting of 26 to 75 pounds is required
