As aMember Services Representative,you will serve as the face of Family Wellness, delivering exceptional service to our members, guests and program participants. This job is located at the Family Wellness facility at 2700 46th Ave SE in Mandan.

In this role, you can look forward to:

Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options.Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our Family Wellness and YMCA community.Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing.Staying knowledgeable about all Family Wellness and YMCA programs and services to assist members effectively.Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately.Part Time Shifts Available, Up to 29 Hours per Week:
