　　Employer: Sebonack Golf Club LLC, 405 Sebonac Road, Southampton, NY 11968.

　　Duties: Will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Will perform the following: seeding/sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging and raking.

　　Work Hours: 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week at $20.81/hour. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at $31.22/hour.

　　Job location: Southampton, NY. Employer will provide workers with transportation to/from the worksite at a central location.

　　No education or experience required.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Transportation will be the most economical and reasonable common carrier. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
