Mowtivation Lawn Services LLC. 9 temporary, full-time positions available in the area of Columbus, OH. Responsible for mowing lawn areas; trimming around objects and edging all bed lines, walkways and driveways; blowing off all patio areas, walkways and driveways; picking up any litter or small debris from the property; assists with lawn treatments; leaf removal; mulching bed areas; trimming and pruning; and bulk trash removal. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Work hours are 9:00am through 5:pm, Monday through Friday. Workers are needed to begin on 4/1/2024 through 11/15/2024. Work will occur at customer locations in the area of Columbus, Ohio. Workers will be paid $17.46 per hour. Employer will provide on-the-job training in the proper use of any tools and equipment used. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on a weekly basis. Employer will make all deductions from the paycheck required by law.  If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals may be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.Workers will be provided daily transportation to and from the worksite. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers, at no charge, with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
